The Swiftpage emarketing Call List

By bringing your open, click and score data back into each contact's history within SalesLogix it will enable you to create a Swiftpage emarketing Call List.

A Swiftpage emarketing Call List is created by the sales person to retrieve a list of SalesLogix contacts to call based on a recipient's level of interest. The most active person is at the top of the list allowing sales to click down through the list and access all of the contact data as necessary.

Once the call is complete, the sales person enters the call notes and then goes to the next person in the Swiftpage emarketing Call List. By using the Swiftpage emarketing Call List, sales will be able to call interested prospects first and significantly increase their close ratio.

Click on the Orange "S" and then the "Swiftpage emarketing Call List" button

Select Contacts

First you will need to select your contacts to generate a SwiftPage Call List:

Filter Options

Now if you wish to do so, narrow the Swiftpage emarketing Call List search by applying filters of your choice.

Within the Swiftpage emarketing Call list, a user has the ability to filter the list. The filter options are listed below:

Emails sent by - which allows the user to gather results based on which SalesLogix user sent the email.

By Status - there are multiple options for filtering by status. These options are as follows: bounced, clicked, duplicate, failed, invalid opened, opted-out, suppressed, and unopened. This allows a SalesLogix user to easily create a call list based on the data within SalesLogix.

Assigned To - will generate a call list based on which SalesLogix user a contact is assigned to.

Score update within last __ days - this filter allows the user to create a call list based on the score of a contact that had been updated within the selected time frame.

By Score - will create a call list based on the scores of a contact within an email blast or Drip Marketing campaign.

There is also an option for creating a Call List group based on the contacts that are in the generated call list. Also, the call list that is created can be exported to a Excel spreadsheet (.csv file).

Generate Call List

Now, click on the Generate Call List button to create your SwiftPage Call List. Here, you will see a list of contacts being listed with the highest score at the top, based on the criteria you have set for filters. Double click on the top contact to be taken to his/her information.

Select and Contact

Now that you are at your top contact's information, you can call the phone number listed for him/her, as well as schedule any potential meetings and write into the contact's Notes/History.

Back to Swiftpage emarketing Call List

Now, just maximize the SwiftPage Call List window:

Next Contact

Once you have selected a "Set Action" option, the contact will automatically be filtered "By Action" selection (in your Filter Options below). Since we have "None (blank)" selected, and we set the Action for Johnson1, Jeff to be "Called", he was eliminated from this list.

You can now continue down your SwiftPage Call List to proceed.
