Invite email readers to become members of your social networks and give them the opportunity to share your email with their social networks.   1. Get Permission - Forever and always our number one tip – only send email to recipients who have opted in.
  2. Stay on Schedule - If your recipients forget they opted in, they are more likely to mark your email as spam.
  3. Keep the Subject Relevant - Mismatched content and subject lines are a common spam trigger.
  4. Get Whitelisted - To prevent your emails from landing in the junk box, ask your subscribers to whitelist you or add you to their safe sender list.
  5. Use the Spam Check Tool - This tool look at your email like a spam filter would and will tell you what may be red flags.
